Who we are
OMK Consulting, based in Brussels, Belgium, provides knowledge management and AI readiness consulting for operational companies.
What data we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your full name, work email, company name, role (optional), and the message you provide. We also store the page URL and locale from which you submitted the form.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you requested. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How we store it
Contact form submissions are stored securely in Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud provider with servers in the EU. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
How long we keep it
We retain contact enquiries for up to 24 months after the last communication. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No other tracking or advertising technologies are used.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
